Travel & visa for international attendees
IEEE has specific policies related to visa (link):
Attendees who need visa for travel to the Netherlands should complete the following form and email to Said Hamdioui (s.hamdioui@tudelft.nl) for a visa letter.
Please note that in compliance with IEEE policies, no visa letter can be issued until the attendee has registered for the conference. This policy is strictly enforced.
