Direction to the Nathan Hale Inn:
From Bradley International Airport: Take 91S toward Hartford. Take exit 35A I-291E toward Manchester. Follow signs for I-84E/Boston. On I-84E take exit 68 CT-195 toward Tolland/Mansfield. Turn right onto CT-195S/Merrow Rd. Follow for 7 miles. Turn right onto Bolton Road. The Nathan Hale Inn is on the right.
A group rate has been negotiated wih code DFT16 at US$144 per night for a number of rooms. It works on a first come first served basis, according to availability until Aug. 18. To benifit of the group rate reservation, the guests need to call the hotel at 860-427-7888 (US number) and speak with Front Desk Staff.

Parking: If you are staying at the Nathan Hale Inn, there is parking right next to the hotel. Otherwise, South Garage is the next closest option (within 5 minutes walking distance from Rome Ballroom). Parking will be validated for registered attendees.
